UFN EPPING PRE-SETTLEMENT INSPECTION DAY
A year and a half later, construction has finished and UFN could not contain their excitement to share the newly developed residential complex with their purchasers. On the 28th July 2018, UFN held a pre-settlement inspection day for all the purchasers in preparation for settlement.
Representatives from UFN, HOME789 and Netstrata were present on the day to provide settlement and post-settlement information along with assisting purchasers’ with their enquiries.

Designated staff members escorted each purchaser to their property for a pre-settlement inspection.
The overall feedback from the purchasers was very positive given the high quality finishes and innovative technologies adopted such as UFN’s integration of smart digital door locks
